What are your terms and conditions?

• Minimum order $400.  All payments COD/Visa or Mastercard unless credit already established.  US orders if paid by credit card Visa only.  Any claim for damage must be reported within 72 hours.  Customer assumes liability for any damage if the waybill is not signed "subject to inspection" or "visible damage."  We recommend you sign ALL waybills "subject to inspection."

  NOTE:  Due to the handmade nature of our products, sizes, glaze colors and finishes will vary from item to item.  NO TWO PRODUCTS ARE IDENTICAL.  This only enhances the unique, hand mad nature of our product.  Variations in colour and small imperfections in the glaze and finish are indicative of hand made products.
